Devotion Learn - Registration & Cancellation Policies
These policies are in place not only to keep things working smoothly for ourselves, but also to ensure, as best as possible, a good learning environment for all of our students (including you). So please, read this carefully.

When you enroll in a class or workshop, you agree with the following.
Registration:
Each educational offering at Devotion has a page on our website dedicated to information about it. In addition to details about the course and instructor you will usually find deadlines for registration. We usually leave registration open until the class is full.
You are considered registered when you are paid in full:
1) via Paypal through the website
...or if you do not want to open a Paypal account,
2) you can make an appointment to stop by the Gallery and pay with Cash or Credit Card.
Cancellation:
We run classes with a minimum of 3 students and a maximum of 6 students. Some workshops may have a slightly higher max. So, if you withdraw from a course before or after it has begun, it may actually have significant repercussions for the instructors and other students. Therefore...
- If we cancel a class or workshop, you will get an instant, full 100% refund.
- If we have to reschedule a class or workshop, you will have the option of receiving an instant, full 100% refund.
- If you withdraw from a class prior to 48 hours beforehand, there is a 10% administrative fee.
- If you withdraw less that 48 hour beforehand, there is a 20% administrative fee.
- If you need to drop out of a course after it has begun, and you have attended at least 1 class, you can get a partial refund up to 60%.
- If you do not show up for a workshop, there is no refund.
We are very nice, compassionate, reasonable people, so if you can prove extenuating circumstances, we will do our best to work something out with you.
We will often cancel or reschedule a class if there are less than 3 people enrolled 48 hours prior to the first meeting, so please do not wait until the last minute to register.
Devotion Members:
If you plan on enrolling in a class or workshop using your member status, you must do so by contacting us directly. All prerequisites still apply, as stated on the offering's page.
